Preserve Muriqui is responsible for the infrastructure and employee the workers to maintain and guard the reserve. The financial demands are still far higher than our capability to raise funds from visitors alone.
Beyond these basic expenses, we aim to support and develop programs involving the local community in the fields of Environmental Education, Quality of Life and sustainable development. All together, these activities are maintained by the generous contributions of friends of the nature and partners.
